Quartermain
This is my sister's cat. Her name is Quartermain or Que for short. She is about 13 years old, and has been part of this family since she was a kitten. She only had one batch of kittens because my mom didn't like the way she bit and had a bad attitude while she was pregnant and nursing. Q being 13 has old cat problems like arthritis etc.... But
she is as feisty as ever.
Update 06/22/02
Now days Que is not doing well she has had a tumor on her side for a long time (scince about 2000)but now it is bleeding and looking kind of like it might be hurting her. No one in my family wants to take her and have her put to sleep but the onl other choice would be to try to get it fixed and dad says that would cost too much.

Fuzzie for being one of the best cats in the world.
I kept one of Q's kittens she was brown and very fuzzy. I named her fuzzie but after about 2 years she ran away and was gone for a year and a half. When she came back she was quite a bit different. She was skinnier, and her playful kitten attitude was gone. She stayed with us for about 3 years then one night my mom saw her out by the curb dead. She had been ran over and had tried to get out of the street and back home before she bled to death internally.
