Meeting called to order at 7:08 pm

Welcome from President Gary Kramer. IT WAS NOTED AT THIS TIME THAT THE REST OF THE YEAR, THE BOOSTER MEETINGS WILL BE HELD ON THE 2^ND MONDAY OF EACH MONTH; INSTEAD OF TUESDAY…PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS.

New Members, None, Currently we have 103 Lifetime, 47 Annual & 11 coach memberships

Minutes – Minutes of November meeting approved.

Treasurer’s Report – Report provided at meeting

Concession Stand – Several events coming up. Swim team will staff 10 of them to offset the monies they need for the swim team. Pam Romero to coordinate. Dave will also contact softball coach to see if they want to work.

Stadium Committee – Meeting on Monday’s 12/15/03 at 7:00pm. Rich Carnation is the chairperson and is working with representatives from the school district. Initial estimates are that 2 to 3 million is needed.

Coaches Report – Jason reported that about 30 people showed up for weight lifting. Jimmy reported that Windsor won the King of the Mat tournament and will be participating in several others throughout the county. Swim team is looking good and gearing up.

Old Business

Jacob is looking into a permanent address for our website. There was discussion on long-term costs and what to put on the web site and linkage to WHS. Current web site access is www.angelfire.com/WI3/WHSBOOSTERS/index.htm

New Business

It was moved and seconded to include a Concession Chairperson on the Executive Board. This was approved and will be effective immediately. Katie will update the by-laws.

It was moved and seconded for the Booster Club to join the Windsor Chamber of Commerce. This was approved and will cost the boosters $120 annually.
