Brendan A. Malkowski

MARKESAN - Infant Brendan Alexander Malkowski, 3 months, of Markesan, died on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2001, in Rockford, Ill.

Graveside services will follow the visitation on Tuesday, Nov. 6, at Oakwood Cemetery, Beaver Dam.

Brendan was born on Aug. 12, 2001, in Beaver Dam, the son of Nick Malkowski and Casey Hanni.

Brendan was born premature at the Beaver Dam Hospital, then transferred to St. Mary's Hospital, Madison, and later transferred to Rockford Memorial.

Survivors include his parents, Nick Malkowski and Casey Hanni, Markesan; one half-brother, Dominick Malkowski, Mayville; maternal grandparents, Lin (Tom) Lackey, Markesan, and Jerry Hanni, Mayville; paternal grandparents, Larry (Amber) Wirth, Markesan, and Joseph Malkowski, Wausau; paternal great-grandparents, Roland (Noreda) Hanni, Mayville; step-great-grandparents, Orvel Lackey, Waupun; aunts, Jessica Hanni, Markesan, Jessica Malkowski, Pardeeville, and Amy Malkowski, Watertown; step-aunts and uncles, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, June Jacobson in 1997 and Wes Jacobson in 1994; step-maternal grandmother, Joyce Lackey in 2001, and one aunt, Amanda Hanni in 1980.

Friends may call on Tuesday, Nov. 6, from 10 until 11 a.m., at the Murray Community Funeral Home, Horicon. Graveside service will follow immediately at Oakwood Cemetery, Beaver Dam.
