“Your son just had a seizure…He’ll be fine” The doctor exclaimed.
“Are you sure?” Megan questioned.
“We were expecting at least 1 before he left the hospital. We’ll give you some pills, which will calm his body down for awhile. I wouldn’t worry about the little guy if I were you” The doc explained. Megan nodded, taking the pills he’d been talking about. “Now…Jason is scheduled to leave the hospital tonight…correct?”
“Yea” Megan replied.
Megan opened the door to her house. All the lights were off and there was no sign of Brian anywhere.
“C’mon Baby…” Megan exclaimed, helping Jason up the stairs to his room. Within minutes, he was asleep. Megan was walking downstairs when the phone rang. She pounced on it, hoping Jason didn’t wake up.
“Hello?” Megan asked.
“Hey Megs…How are you?” Nick questioned. Megan sighed.
“Pretty Good…Why? Are you out yet?” She asked.
“Actually yea…They kicked me out like 3 hours before you and Jason left…I went to go tell you, but I couldn’t find you” Nick replied.
“Oh” Megan replied.
“Anyway…I’m having a welcome home party for myself tonight” Nick replied.
“Isn’t that kind of…pathetic?” Megan questioned. Nick laughed.
“Shaddup…You know what…I don’t think I’m gonna invite you anymore” Nick replied. Megan laughed.
“Whose gonna go if I don’t come?” Megan asked. Nick was silent.
“Good Point” He joked. Megan heard Brian’s voice in the background, smiling hearing his sexy accent. “So Megan, Are you gonna come?”
“I’ll see you soon” Megan replied with a grin. She quickly called a baby-sitter and went to go get ready.
“Is Megan coming” Lyndz asked Nick, wrapping her arms around his waist.
“I dunno” Nick replied. Lyndz ran her hands down his chest. Nick was surprised since she ordinarily didn’t talk to him. Nick smiled, but pushed away. “Your drunk”
"I only had one drink" Lyndz replied. Nick stared at her doubtfully. "Ok…5…But I'm not even near my limit"
"Right" Nick replied. He left her to talk to the other people at his house.
"C'mon Bri…Let's go upstairs" Lyndz purred. He looked around the room cautiously.
"What if someone sees us?" Brian asked. Lyndz slid her hands to his crotch.
"Do you really care?" She asked. Brian moved her hands away, pulling her up and towards the stairs. "You were so good last time"
"Yea…It was fun" Brian replied. He found a bedroom and pushed her quickly into the door. Lyndz giggled as she pulled him onto a bed.
"Hey You" Nick exclaimed. Megan jumped, not sensing him behind her.
"Hey…Cool Party" Megan exclaimed. Nick shrugged.
"It's better now that you're here" Nick replied. Megan laughed.
"Is that the best line you could come up with?" She asked. Nick shrugged.
"It usually works" He replied. Megan smiled and left him, walking into the kitchen. She heard the door open and Nick follow her in.
"You want something?" She asked, looking through the fridge. Nick smiled.
"Yea I do" He replied. Megan turned around, recognizing the hungry look in his eyes.
"How many beers have you had?" She asked.
"One for each hour I've been home" Nick replied.
"Ok…How long have you been home?" She questioned. Nick thought for a second.
"I dunno" He replied with a half-smile. Megan smiled, moving away from him and grabbing a wine cooler. She popped the top and took a drink, before spitting it all back in.
"Does it taste bad or something?" Nick asked. Megan nodded.
"Yea…It tastes bad" She lied. She hated this. The last time she was pregnant going 9 months without any alcohol had been hell, it was gonna be a big pain in the ass once again. Nick took the wine cooler and placed it on the counter.
"You know what tastes good?" He asked.
"Do I want to know?" Megan questioned. Nick pressed his lips onto hers, holding the back of her head tightly so she couldn't pull away. Megan struggled and pulled, but gave up until he finally let go.
"Did you like that?" Nick asked. Megan made a pissy face, but inside wanted it more than anything.
"No" She muttered. Nick smiled.
"I know you did" He replied. He put his hands under her butt and pushed her onto a counter, wrapping her legs around his waist. He started to kiss her again while slowly moving his hands up her shirt.
"Nick…Stop" Megan yelled, suddenly pushing away.
"Why?" He asked. Megan looked around.
"Let's move this upstairs" She replied, Nick smiled, not objecting at all.
Brian had his pants down to his knees. He had his hands under her body when he heard a the bedroom door open, Brian and Lyndz stopped moving, afraid to be seen. The guy moved the girl over toward the bed, kissing her and trying frantically to pull of her clothes. Right before they moved onto the bed, Lyndz turned on the light.
"STOP! We were here first" She exclaimed. When she looked at the couple, her jaw dropped.
"Megan?" She asked. Megan re-buttoned her shirt and moved away from Nick. It would've been a terrible situation for her if she hadn't seen Brian's pants around his ankles and Lyndz not wearing a shirt.
"Brian….What the hell is going on?" Nick asked.
"I should be asking the same thing" He replied, pulling up his pants.
"Megan…Have you and Nick been sleeping together? How could you do that to Brian?" Lyndz questioned. All 3 heads turned to her, not saying anything. She gave them a quick smiled. "What?"
"Brian...What are you doing here with her?" Megan demanded. Brian shrugged.
"He loves me..." Lyndz exclaimed. She moved towards Brian, kissing his cheek.
"That true?" Megan asked.
"It was kinda...spontaneous" Brian replied. Megan sat down on a chair, while Nick leaned against a wall.
"This is so pathetic" Nick muttered.
"Huh?" Lyndz asked.
"I just can't take all this lying between us...We're gonna stay in this room until we all have the answers we need AND there aren't any lies or secrets between us anymore" Nick exclaimed. Lyndz got up to leave, but Nick pushed her on the bed.
"How about we start with you" Nick replied. Lyndz laid down with a huff and cleared her throat, this certainly wasn't how she wanted to spend her saturday night.
