DIGITAL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPY
Digital photography makes it easier than ever to share your photos and gives you options you’ve never had before!
Photo Session
The photo session will take place at the location(s) of your choice. We will setup all of the traditional wedding party/family poses and I will take photographs during the wedding, the reception and the dance at your request. Outdoor shots welcome, weather permitting.
If you would like only a partial session, (for example reception or dance only) that is welcomed.
Photo CD:
Photo CD will include all photographs taken. The CD case will feature a photograph of the bride and groom. With your photo CD you will be able to:
View your photographs right on your computer
Share your photographs with family and friends through email
Print your photographs
Edit your photographs – add text, special effects, the possibilities are endless!
With the photo CD you will own your prints. You will be free to print them anywhere you want. Also, there are companies on the internet that will create prints for you, all you have to do is email them the picture files you want printed off your photo CD.
Email Service:
Wouldn’t it be great to share your photos with your family and friends – right away? With my email service you can! All you have to do is provide me with the email addresses you would like pictures to be sent to….and I will email them with some of the best photos from your wedding THE VERY NEXT DAY! You could get their email addresses by either requesting them on the RSVP or at the guest book signing. What an impressive way of saying THANK YOU right away!
Online Photo Album:
In addition to the email service, I can also setup an online photo album for you! This is something you could do yourself with your photo CD – but I would be happy to get you started. The website is www.polaroiddigital.com and once you are set up, you can upload your digital photos and share them with friends. This is easier than emailing each photo, because they can just go to your online photo album, and with the password you set them up with, view all your photos from their computer. You are able to track how many times your friends visit your site – and it even has a message board, so they can post their comments. It’s a fun way to manage your favorite memories!
Video CD
Do you have a DVD player that is VCD compatible? If so – you can watch your wedding photos right on your DVD player! Get the whole family together and gather around the TV to see all your photos on the big screen! All you do is put the video CD (VCD) into your DVD player, and press play. The first image displays. To move to the next image, press next on the DVD players’s remote control. You are in control of how long each photo stays on screen. One VCD can store hundreds of photos, so all your memories will be on one CD. What a great way to preserve your memories! And you can play it in any VCD compatible DVD player (most DVD players are VCD compatible, refer to your DVD player’s manual to verify) so you will be able to play it anywhere a compatible DVD player is found. This is really cool!
Prints
Prints are available in glossy or matte. Prints are created by using a photo quality printer, and professional quality photo paper. The print quality is excellent. I have a portfolio of examples for you to take a look at. A photograph printed on a printer is not always going to produce the same quality as professional film prints – however the quality provided by a combination of high mexapixel cameras and a photo printer is very comparable…add photo quality paper and the end result is so similar you may not be able to tell the difference. Please note the prints I provide are more sensitive to fingerprints than film prints (matte is effected more than glossy) Feel free to examine my portfolio of photographs.

The digital cameras I use are 2 and 3 megapixel Sony brand cameras.
Disclaimer: I would like to emphasize that I am not a professional, but I’ve had some excellent results in the past. If you need to be assured of professional quality photography, please hire a professional as your main photographer. You can still use my services for the reception or dance if you like some of the things I offer.
