Wiseguides is committed to respecting and protecting your personal

visit Wiseguides Web Site and browse our travel products and information.
Only when an booking or transaction takes place does personal

help us better meet your expectations in this area is welcomed.
Information Collection and Use
Wiseguides is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell,
share or rent this information to others in ways other than disclosed in this statement.
Wiseguides collects information from our guests at several different points
on our website.
Bookings
We request information from the guest on our booking form. Here a guest must
provide contact information (such as name, address, email address). This information
is used initially to contact the guest regarding tickets, itineraries, etc. and also for
billing purposes.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the guest's hard drive containing information
about the guest. Wiseguides does not use cookies.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track guests'
movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP
addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers.
This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
We use Consignia (Royal Mail), an outside postal company, to ship tickets, and a credit card
processing company (either Mastercard, Visa or American Express) to bill guests for
goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally
identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
When you reserve or purchase travel services through Wiseguides, we provide
information about you to the coach operators, car rental agency, hotel, travel agency
or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfilment of your travel arrangements.
We do not sell individual guests' names or other private profile information to third
parties and will not do so in the future. Occasionally, Wiseguides will hire a third party
to act on our behalf for projects such as market research surveys and will provide
information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these projects.
The information we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality agreement
and is to be used solely for completing the specific project.

This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we at Wiseguides are
not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our
guests to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of
each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy
statement applies solely to information collected by this web site.
Newsletter
If a guest wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such
as name and email address. This information like all other information we collect will
not be sold, shared or rented in any way contrary to the terms disclosed in this
statement.
Refer-a-Page
If a guest elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we
ask them for the friend's name and email address, as well as their own name and
email address. Wiseguidesl will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting
them to visit the site and send the guest a confirmation email. Wiseguides stores this
information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
Supplementation of Information
We do not supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd party
sources.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a guest's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if
a guest no longer desires our service, we will endeavour to provide a way to correct,
update or remove that guest's personal data provided to us. This can usually be

Choice/Opt out
Guests who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt out of receiving these
communications by e-mailing us with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so
our guests are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under
what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally
identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was
collected, we will notify guests by way of an email. Guests will have a choice as to
whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use
information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was
