Located in the Town of Vernon, Waukesha County, WatersMeet Eco*Village is Being Designed by Choice
not Chance...

We wish to reflect the needs and concerns of all living things that will be addressed in this project.

This includes the human, animal, insect and plant species that will be contained with it's borders.

We have placed an immense respect and reserve for all the natural resources that will also be affected by this development.

Special care and consideration are being given to the use and conservation of water, wind, sun and terrain.

By utilizing the on-site natural resources and incorporating the homes and commercial buildings into the existing landscape and organic gardens, we believe that a harmonious environment will ensue.

WatersMeet will live in concordance with what has been so successfully and beautifully in existence.

The site encompasses approximately 110 acres with a mix of residential, commercial and conservancy zoning.

We have adapted the master plan zoning for a total density of 133 condominiums. These units will have 1-4 bedrooms and be in the 800-3,100 sq. ft. range. A 4,900 sq. ft. club house with indoor pool and common room will offer shared access among all the condo owners.

The commercial parcel which encompasses approximately nine acres, will have a 45,000 sq. ft. retreat center on site. This center will contain meeting halls, church, pool, offices, guest accommodation rooms, gift shops and a full service health spa.

All common green space will be interlaced with natural prairie flowers and grass plantings, recreational paths and a designated inter-community bike trail.

A 35 acre community supported farm, which sells seasonal garden shares of certified organic produce, will provide an on site sustainable food source.
