Magus is one evil elf guy (if thats what he is, cause his ears sure make him look like that) at first in the fantastic game of Chrono Trigger. He started a war in the Middle ages and also turned heroic Glenn into a frog guy. Many also think that he himself is the being who created Lavos to destroy the world, but as you progress through the game you find out his intentions are not ones of evil but of actually true affectionate emotion torwards someone he lost long ago. Over all we believe Magus is a great villian, and the twist in the plot was quite a welcome change to RPGs. Also in terms of a villian's music theme you can't get much better.
