Log-in to your PayPal account and click on the History tab. If you see the transaction you made to us with the word Completed in the status column, then your payment went through fine. If you do not see any transaction to us, your payment did not go through. Try again. 2. When was my item shipped? - Items usually ship 2-3 business days after the payment has cleared. It then takes 3-7 business days for the package to arrive at your house. 3. Why are your shipping charges so high? - Our shipping and handling charges include more than just postage. They include a giftbox ($1.95), protective inner bag ($0.35), packaging ($1.85), postage labels ($0.10), warehouse handling fees ($1.70), and postage ($0.60 to $1.80 depending upon where the item is being sent to and the weight of the package). 4. Will you combine shipping? - No. For security purposes, each item is sent seperately. 5. What if I do not want a gift box or plastic bag? - All items are sent out the same way. 6. What is my total for all of my auctions plus shipping? - Click the ClickOut button below and it will calculate all of your charges for you. Do NOT email us asking this question! 7. Can I send one money order for multiple items? - Yes. Please be sure to include a note (on a piece of paper inside of the envelope) the item you are buying and your shipping address.
