Here is the rough outline of how I built a homemade version of the "Stalkabout"

It's my first attempt, the next should be more detailed and more moveable.

Materials:

Inch and a half PVC pipe

2 1"1/2 PVC elbows

2 1"1/2 PVC T's

Motorcycle Helmet

4 L brackets

Foam Padding

Set of fake hands or gloves

Wire

Basically follow the diagram in the last pic, cut you pipe to fit the height you

want the head at, and the horizontal pipe long enough to match your shoulder width

just a few inches from the next. I also suggest a neck brace of some sort to keep
