RAINBOW BUTTERFLY
A Meditation
You are laying down in a sacred place. You feel completely relaxed and you feel such a love for who you are that you are at peace. A beautiful rainbow coloured butterfly hovers above you. Magical silvery energy starts to drip from her wings. A single drop blesses your forehead running down your face. You start to feel a tingling in your forehead. As if something has been activated, being touched by her energy. More drops fall on your forehead, and it makes a circular motion around your head, and you are emersed in her love. Your head feels lighter and it is as if you can see alot clearer. And the thoughts have ceased to run around in your head and you feel this clarity.
She hovers above your neck and silvery drops run down your neck. The energy circles your neck and releases little blockages that you created when you felt that your word was not important. It flows back and forth clearing the way so that you may speak more and more the beauty of who you are.
She hovers over your heart and drops of silvery light surround the heart and your heart vibrates magically feeling completely alive and happy in the centre of your being.
She hovers to your solar plexus and drops several drops onto you and you feel completely empowered to be who you are. She hovers over to your spleen and graces it with your love drops. You enjoy creating magic in your life.
And she hovers over to the base of your spine and blesses you with her love drops to feel the beauty of who you are and your divine place within this earth existence.
She flies back to your heart, and lands on your chest. She feels to you so light and precious. Her wings fluttering a little. She loves the vibration of your heartbeat and the warmth, and stays there for a little while. She has a beautiful message for you, and only you receive this message, because it is for you and you alone. Her energy thanks you and light breeze drifts over you and she lifts off to continue her journey. Instantly, the silver energy begins connecting with one another to combine with all the places, which she touched. Your base to your spleen, your spleen to your solar plexus, solar plexus to heart, heart to throat, throat to forehead. They are so happy to be working with one another and your whole body tingles with silvery love. It travels just up above your head, and sparks with your crown chakra, creating a waterfall surrounding your whole body with magic.
Your physical body and spiritual body are soaked with this beautiful silver energy. Every part of you is flowing gloriously.
The energy spirals around you circling around you from your head to toe and back again and there is no where your energy hasn't been touched by this beautiful energy.
A bright white light appears and covers you so delicately like a wispy cloud. You are transported to another place, to another dimension. Stars surround you, and they bump into you gently tickling you. You giggle and they disappear. And there appears this rainbow right at your feet. What did they say about there being a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? Aha! You are the gold, you are the treasure!
The rainbow energy forms steps so that you may walk into it. And you proceed to be emersed by billions of shades of colours. Some of which you have never ever before seen with your human eyes. The colours all hold this knowing, this awareness, and you feel all of which they are all communicating to you. The colours simply adore you and love that you are so fascinated and inspired by them that they giggle with joy. A hand forms from the rainbow energy and takes yours gently and you feel completely alive.
Waves of colour pour into your body and you are transported back to the present moment. You are alive and filled with all that which you already are - Beauty!
