Sausage and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb sausage
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of corn
2 cups of uncooked rice (to make this stretch I use 3 cups and add a little milk)

Directions:

Cook the rice (you can use the liquid from the corn+water for extra flavor). Brown sausage and drain well. Mix all ingredients into casserole dish; cover; heat at 350 for 15 minutes or until heated through out.
