The schedule can be printed by using the print function on your web browser.  You will need to make sure that the print properties are set to "print to fit on one page" and  print in the landscape mode. Not all printers can do this.
You can also download the file to your computer as a html file, but will need Excel or a similar spreadsheet capable of capturing the html and changing the format the spreadsheet file. To download file, on the task bar of your browser, choose file, save as, and simply save the file.
