Onward to Particles in Motion


"We draw lines they cannot see," she thought,
As she pulled the thread across the hill,
"We confine the world to mathematics,
And demystify life with science."


"We draw nets they can't escape," she said,
As she pulled her ropes up from the ocean,
"We catch the energy with our cunning,
And rid this planet of its wealth."


It's just the progression of our species,
Survival of the fittest,
Eliminating rivals for the resources we share,


"We draw pictures they can't comprehend," she sighed,
As she pulled her brush across the canvas,
"We cover the truth with watercolors,
Creating the image we wish to see."


"We draw nightmares they can't awaken from," she gasped,
As she pulled her eyelids open,
"We destroy what we could not create,
And kill for what was freely given."
