Missing People

This is my son Ryan.  He is 4 years old, 43" tall and 43 lbs., brown hair and blue eyes.  He was abducted on 4/20/98 from Cedar Falls, Iowa by his mother, Shanan Anderson.  She is 31 years old, 5' 2" , 120 lbs. brown hair and blue eyes.  She may be driving a maroon or brown 1986 Cavalier.  We assume that she is in the company of David Penwell, alias Hillbilly.  He is a 39 year old male, 5'10" , 180 lbs. brown hair and blue eyes.  He has felony warrants out for him in Iowa.  She is evading prosecution for a number of charges in Iowa as well.  We are also assuming that they may have his son Dillon with them. He is 6 years old and has long dark brown hair.  

As of 4/24/98 they have been sited in the Austin, TX area, but still may be headed in any direction.  If you see them, please call the Cedar Falls, Iowa police at (319) 273-8614 or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.  Please use caution, they are considered armed and dangerous!  Ryan is greatly missed!  I have had custody of him for nearly a year and I fear for his safety and pray for his safe return.  Thank you for any help you can give me in locating him.
