April Fools

This was also written at Wisconsin Dells Quake 2 in the Hospitality room. It was April Fools (about 2am) and I was thinking back to April Fools in schooland all the crap that was pulled. That's what inspired this.

April Fools, what a cruel day
Hurt seems to be the rule
Why is it this has to be this way
Why make someone else the fool?

I guess I don't quite comprehend
Why people do the things they do
Why make a fool out of a friend
That's not a cool thing to do

Does it give youa sense of joy
To be a jerk to a friend
To make them be the pawn or toy
To fulfill your twisted end

April second is the day
That I always wonder
How many friendships have stayed
And how many were put under
