1. The Sixth Intinction

Scully is in Africa searching frantically for some way of finding a cure for Mulder, who is suffering from some strange disease that was caused by a carbon copy of a strange metallic item found in the Ivory Coast. There Scully has found a giant space ship, the metallic piece of was a peice of the ship... During her search one night, she says a man. Then all of a sudden loctus attack her tent. She has tampered with something beyond her comprehension, but she is all here for Mulder. The next day she meets a fellow scientist Amina. She says that villagers believe that if someone tampers with the ship that something awful will happen. A second later a man screams in pain, the ocean started boiling.
Mulder is in pain as he lays in a padded cell. He has the power to read minds, but he can't control it, and is slowly killing him from deep inside of him. Kristchgau appears not seen since the 5th season Redux and Redux II. He says that Mulder condition is not the first time it happens. Kristchgau gives Mulder a drug to try to help him, Diana tries to intervents but is stopped by Skinner.
SCully, Anima and Dr. Barnes study the ship. The ship is old, I mean extremely old. But it has religious passages and human genetics, almost to the point of that maybe, we were given life from aliens. But the water in the ocean turns to blood, another sign. Dr. Barnes goes crazy and traps Scully and Anima, saying the ship is the key to everything. Scully fights of Dr. Barnes and the two escape from him. They get into the car and drive. But once again Scully sees the African American man. He then takes form of Anima and says " Some truths are not for you". Anima returns to normal as Scully heads back home for D.C.
Back in D.C Kristchgau gives Mulder higher doses of the drug but Diana gets invovled and Kristchgau is sent home. Back in Africa Dr. Barnes is still mad. He believes that the ship can control life itself. When his driver comes, Dr. Barnes slashes his drivers neck. When Dr. Barnes comes back, he finds that the body is gone. He is then killed by the re-animated driver.
Scully pleads for Mulder to hang on, that she is close to finding the truth, to finding his cure. Back in Africa, the police with Anima find Dr. Barnes dead in the ocean, but the giant craft gone...
