Rush

One night, a kid named Tony was out. He meets up with two kids from high school, Max and Chasity. When a police officer appears Chasity and Max disappears. A second later Tony sees the police officer brutally murdered.
Mulder and Scully investigate. The murder was brutally, and the murder weapon, a flashlight. But the impact was horrifying as it causes the victims eye glass to go through the back of his skull. Fingerprints show Tony's and the officer believes that it's Tony's doing. Mulder and Scully investigate Tony but he denies knowledge of what happened. Max arrives at class the next day late during a test. He finishes the test in a minute though. As the class leaves Mulder and Scully talk to Chasity. Though the get nothing from her Mulder learns that Max, is the son of the Sheriff of the town, Sheriff Harden, who the agents met earlier in the episode. Scully then recieves a call that the murder weapon has disappeared. Mulder calls in a friend and they watch the security camera for any sign of who took the flashlight. Mulder notices a blur on the screen, they freeze frame and close it, it something solid. Then Mulder notices purple and gold, the school's colors.
Tony is freed from prison. He then late at night goes on a joy ride with Max. They total a stolen car, but they get out of the car before the car makes impact with a tree. The next day, the teacher of science class, the one Max was late for yesterday says that he cheated, there is no way that he could have gotten all the answers right in one minute. Max is angry... So at lunch a chair crushes the science teacher, Tony believes its Max when Max disappears from the room. Max is then found unconcious of exhaustion. Mulder believes that Max has some kind of telekinese. Scully doesn't believe so, as Max's body as the psychical damage that only a professional football player or race car driver would have.
Tony follows Chasity to a weird cave. Tony then feels the "rush" the ability to move in a blink of an eye. The same ability that Max has, the same abilites Max used to kill two people already. Sheriff Harden comes home and finds the murder weapon, the flashlight in his son's room, Max. Max is home, and uses his rush power to steal the flashlight and start to wail on his father, but Tony intervenes using his "rush" power. Max then disappears. Chasity then warns Tony that Max will kill them. Chasity also tells Tony that the "rush" wares off, and if they don't have their rush powers they are defenseless against Max. As the rush power wares off, they head quickly back to the cave with the strange power ,if they get there before Max can refuel is rush power, then they stay alive. But Max is already there. Tony and Max fight, but Chasity gets invovled and shoots Max. Chasity can't go on living and while the bullet is going through Max, she rushes behind Max and the two die. Mulder and Scully arrive to find Tony, with two dead bodies. While Tony is at the hospital, Mulder explains that there was nothing in the cave. Or maybe teenagers can feel the "rush" because of their chemical differences.
