Oddly enough, an attempt on Mulder's life when a twister picks up a cow and slams it down on Mulder's room. Sheila believes she can control the weather, that somehow it is linked to her emotions. About this time Sheila takes a liking for Mulder making Daryl and Holman jealous. But in the Mulder learns that Holdman was the real rain king. The weather was linked to his emotions, that he had loved Sheila his whole life. It all comes to a wet end when Holdman proclaims his love for Sheila and everyone is happy.
