John Doggett is the cop by the book. Well now an FBI agent. He is put on the unit that went on a man hunt to find Agent Fox Mulder. Later he is assigned to the X-Files with Mulder's partner Dana Scully. Later on we learn that John investigation of the paranormal is led by the mysterious and still unexplained death of his son. When Scully is re-assigned to teach at Quantico, Reyes joins Doggett on the X-Files. Mulder returns after he is accused of killing a navy officer. Doggett and Reyes help Mulder and Scully escape .
