Lieutenant Colonel Robert Budahas, a test pilot disappears. Mulder believes that the Lieutenant suffered from the same fate as six other pilots. Along the way Mulder meets the creepy but helpful Deep Throat. They met to kids who explain about weird alien lights at an air force base. Mulder believes that the Government is using alien technology. Mulder goes to the base but is sedated and something is done to him as Scully is attacked by Mossinger, a reporter actually working for the U.S government. Scully over powers him and holds him hostage. She trades Mossinger for Mulder as he can’t remember what had happened.
