9. Tithonus

One day Mulder and Scully are doing back ground checks one day one Scully is called to the office. She has been called to help on a case due to her to knowledge in the field of medical science, there she teams up with Agent Peyton Ritter. Peyton case is an tough one, as he notices things in case pictures and suspects the camera man Alfred Fellig of having something to do with a strings of murders. This Fellig guy is stabbed in an alley but recovers quite easily. Later she and Scully talk and he says that he can see death before it happens, and that somehow he has stopped death, he was immortal. He takes pictures of death, so that maybe he could finally die. But he knows that Scully is marked for death as Agent Ritter comes in and shoots through a wall, hitting Fellig and Scully. It looks bad for Scully, but Fellig tells her not to look at death, and death passes her, and takes Fellig.
