Bio:

Raphael seems to be the only character in the entire series that DOESN'T need therapy. He's got his head screwed on right. He gets away with telling the main characters where to go, what to do, etc without getting his head ripped off. This King of the Rats definitely has panache that Nikodemous from NIMH would be proud of.
