Bio:

Mr. Oliver made his debut in the Anita Blake series in Circus of the Damned. He is deceased now having been eliminated by Anita and the gang. He was the oldest known vampire to exist on the Council. Known as the Earthshaker, he was capable of great devastation, although his soothing voice often lulled people into thinking otherwise. I think we're glad to be rid of him.
