Bio:

He feeds of pain...and enjoys every minute of it. He's one of the more mysterious members of the council...rivaling his Queen in discretion and surpassing her in cruelty. Very little is known of his past, and truth to tell from what I've seen of him...I don't care to know anymore about his past then is absolutely necessary.
