Windkin is the biological son of Dewshine and Tyldak but he considers his real father to be Scouter. Windkin was born with wolfrider blood in him but he was kidnapped by Aroree and taken as her replacement to Winnowill who changed him and took all the wolf blood out of him so he is now immortal. His lifemate was Ahdri and he was devastated when he returned from the forever green to find her soul in the rocks (meaning she was dead) its believed that in the future he is the one who is found bound in wrapstuff behind the sun symbol.
