Bayhead Spartan brings Jessie Green a victory in the 2001 New England Horseman's Council Jr. Stock Seat Equitation Medal Finals (Shane Shiflet © 2001)...Joey was the first, and so far the only, Saddlebred ever to carry the winner of the NEHC Stock Seat Medal Finals (two other Saddlebreds have been ridden in qualifying wins but neither horse was ever shown in the finals).
