Check out the TARC promo videos! Id advise you to right click >save as or it will take forever to work. Here is the first one Here is the other one.

MBYB was a pretty good event. We had 5 people (should have been 8...grrr.) who brought a total of 11 robots. The event went well with The Hanson Brothers taking first in the fairyweights and victor's bot winning the beetles. Unfortunately we did not complete the antweights due to one person having to leave early, time shortage and basically Rebound caused some repairs to be made to some people's bots (heh heh heh). The ant arena held up well and nothing will be changed other then the possibly inclusion of a flipper hazard and an openable closable pit and a new roof. (yay, no more 14 hour jobs on the arenas...). The 12 pound arena had no problem containing the 3 weaponless beetles and will be upgraded next time with a new roof to contain the 12s we will have coming next time. For now, expect the next event to happen the last weekend of may.

Right now though, the TARC is trying to raise money for the 12 arena roof. If you are interested in sponsoring the TARC, please email me at DougIreland@sympatico.ca

To join the club it will cost 30 dollars Canadian per team. (team of 2) for additional members, 5 dollars will be required per additional member per year.
