But okay, I suppose I might as well be upfront here. A little "bio" for the masses:
I'm a senior in high school this year. I'm section leader of the drumline and this will be my fourth year on snare drum. I'm also a member of the drill team, it's quite a juggling act between the two. Basically for the half-time shows I'm a drummer, and for most pep rallies and Drill Team Competition in the winter I'm a dancer. It's worked out pretty good so far, and let's hope it stays that way. I'm also in the Drama Dept. At Drama Banquet near the end of last school year (couple months ago), I recieved my Letter in Drama, and as yet I'm the only one in the school with a Drama Letter (yes, before you ask, I am proud of that! ^_^;;). Let's see... I'm also a Special Olympic Volunteer. Um.... I'm taking AP Government and Honors English.... um.... gee, I can't really think of much else relating to school right now...

Getting a little more on the personal side of things, I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a.k.a. Mormon. Why am I even mentioning religion on this site? Good question. You see, this little section is all about me, thus I feel obligated to post a reasonable amount of info that will give the viewer a true idea of who I am. Two things govern me: my beliefs, and my music. So therefore it's logical to talk about something that makes up more than half the origin of my character. I suppose quite a few people may not know this. I do know that it's no secret I'm Mormon, but I think many have no clue how deep it runs. And no, before you go to hit the "Back" button on your browser, I'm not going to rave and preach or whatever else, but I will say a little something: I have no void of peace within me. You have no clue what real joy is until you know what I know, and witness what I have. Vague as that may be and sound, it's solid truth, and I'm not taking it back. As stated before, I love music. Musicmusicmusicmusicmusicmusic! Gah, can't get enough of the stuff. I like all genres-not the whole of them-but a little from every genre. Right now I'm going through a punk phase, but aside from punk I like alternative rock, ska, some heavy stuff, some mellow stuff, some pop here and there, a couple of country songs, some older stuff, classical, big-band, bagpipe, some rap, you name it I've heard it. Although I am VERY picky; I highly prefer bands with an original, unique edge over a project that's already been run through ten times. I listen mainly to 99X and Q106, if that helps any. I also have quite a few cds I've burned for myself via MP3.com, wonderful system..... wonderfully free.
