CSS And Myspace

So, you've been to all the Myspace layout pages and when you create layouts you copy and paste the actual layout code into your myspace page. Ever wondered what all that was? well this is where you learn exactly what you were doing.

CSS, or Cascading Style Sheets are what you have been using. You've been coding without even realising it, how cool is that? So anyways,I know what you are now asking "what exactly are Cascading Style Sheets?" well, put simply they are what are known as style sheets.

These "sheets" tell the webpage you are on how to "look" they are used to give a website as a whole it's "style", or as you hear on Myspace more it's "layout". This style sheet tells your browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox) exactly how to show the page you load. From simple things like the colour of the words, to more complicated things like how pictures are going to be shown on your page, CSS manipulates all of this without you even realising it.
