Mason: Weekend supervisor and Friday night cook. Whenever he works, I work
under him. He used to live at Stenner but then moved about 10 minutes drive away,
so Tim (Stenner's general manager) made an exception to the "must live here to
work here" rule.
Mason's a good guy, not too crazy. A high-normal compared to me. Shows up
to work on time (almost always -- he has trouble with mornings), reliable employee,
competent due to his long stay at Stenner. He's worked almost as I have based on
dates: He started a quarter (3 months) after I did. However he's spent more time
on the clock than I have, partially because he worked over the summer of 2004.
It's worth noting, however, that he starts more goofing-off and questionable acts
while at work than I do, though I do tend to go along with most of what he starts.
I think we both have that "4 years is too long" attitude building up.
Annie: Mason's significant other, she was a checker in the cafeteria my
third year there. While I was the first to be called the Cafeteria Nazi, she
eventually also recieved that title (She worked the 2 days before the meal count
reset, so she had a lot more opportunity to bar entry to those who ran out of meals
in a given week. I was meaner, but she had a lot more frequent action).
Not much else to say about her. She moved to Oregon and while she and Mason are
still together I have little reason to continue contact with her, so haven't
really talked to her in a while.
