Well, I couldn't get the file loaded on my site but I have a link and it does work.

And follow these simple instructions to get the thing working.

RPGM2K3

1. go into regedit
2. go into HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3. go into software
4. go into enterbrain
5. go into Rpg Maker 2003
6. create a string called RuntimePackagePath
7. right click on it and hit modify.
8. Under value data put the directory it is in.. for me it is.

C :\ Program Files\Enterbrain\RPG2003\RTP

the runtime package doesn't create a path in the registry. do this to get it in there.
