Usage Ok.. here is where you put the text and stuff. I figure you have already read the rules? Actually the ONLY rule is: YOU ARE TO KEEP THE LAYOUT BY AND BUTTON RIGHT WHERE IT IS. If I find out you are not following the rules you won't be using this layout in peace.This layout features You're under arrest, its a really cute picture I used isn't it? The layout turned out good, I'm getting better everyday. Anyway to the right is the navigation, I suggest you don't alter the layout and just leave the way it is, because its for the best unless you know what you're doing. This version is SHINING STAR. Fits the layout.. I think. I think beginners will be able to use this layout, quite simple. Edit the Backgroundimage1.jpg with your own site name and edit as you like but DO NOT alter this layout. If you use this layout as an inspiration then at least give us a link credit or something, be honorable.
