Old Oakes Estate Finally sold at auction.

The auction of the Old Oakes estate was held today. The estate was put on the market after the previous owner, Alison Oakes was brutally murdered by Missa Motten. The plot was eventually purchased by long-time couple Georgina Beasley and Sarah West(pictured).

The Couple said that they were looking forward to living in GerkVille and also to meeting the locals.
"I really want everyone to call me Georgie. It sounds gay when people call me Georgina." said Georgina.

Sarah also added that she had heard that GerkVille was an "interesting" place to live.

"They must have been fucking stupid to buy the property." commented Constable Jay Ferguson "Everyone knows its haunted by the ghost of Alison Oakes."

"I'm really looking forward to meeting the girls." Said Alison Oakes from beyond the grave.
