And when the dark skies closed around me, I knew it was time
and I went willingly against anyones expectations, to the place that was mine
and there I lay, like a sleeping child, amoung the flowers of grief
there my body will lie and my spirit will fly and everything will be at peace
until the time where again I can rise
I will wait for the truth and block out the lies
I will wait for eternity if that's how it must be
until I'm ready, to again be set free...
