  The portal spits you out in the middle of a sandstorm. You quickly shield your eyes and stagger blinded through the howling wind. You stop and whip your head around when something touches your leg. You can hear the difference in the wild wind around you, something going against the raging sand. Suddenly, a great shield covers you and a voice calls over the storm."Come on traveller! Move with me!" It's barely audible over the wind but you attempt to stay next to the creature. It leads you to some sort of shelter where both of you hundle down until the storm passes. In time, the winds quiet and you're no longer being buffeted by the sand. You tentatively ease your way out of wherever you're hiding and the form next to you presses behind you. 
The strange, orange creature tilts her draconic head as you stare at her. "What's wrong? Never seen a drigus before?" She chuckles and shakes the sand from her blueberry colored mane. A twitch of her green wings frees her striped coat of the rest of the sand. She fixes her true blue eyes on you when you remain silent."No need to be afraid. My name's Havanya." The Drigus rears up a little, beating her wings, and you find yourself free of sand. She laughs at your still-confused expression. "From here, now that the storm has passed, you can travel to visit many of the other creatures. There is also one more like me as well." Havanya motions to the Northeast then trots around you giving you a spin. She bounds away and you choose your way.
