Hello, My name is Jyoti Patel. I am currently a 2nd year Marketing student at The John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. I am 23 years old and I hope to complete my Bachelors of Commerce by June 2005. This summer I was employed with L’Oreal Canada as a Marketing Researcher. I was also offered a part time position I continue to maintain for the remainder of my studies. I was very fortunate to get an opportunity to work for them. I went to their website and posted my
resume and before I knew it I was called in for an interview.
There are many things I like to do in my free time. When I am not working I like to spend time with my friends and family and soak up as much as the summer as possible because before we know it’s gone. I love doing summer activities swimming, hiking and tennis. I also like to kick back and relax and enjoy having a good time at a late night barbeque.
My main hobby is to do crafts. I love writing poems. I love making things like gifts and cards because I find it gives it a more personal touch. I also like writing personalized poems to my family and friends for their birthday and on all other occasions.
In the Fall I intend to take a full course load. I also am planning a trip to Walt Disney World for Christmas Break because I didn’t have much of a get away this summer expect for a short trip to Toronto.
