Here are the meanings of some words that we use.
Diameter: How high a wheel or circle is.
Radius: The middle of a circle or wheel to the edge.
Circumference: The distance around a circle.
Weight: Volume*density
Torque: How much weight it is able to push. Measured in in-lbs. (How much weight can be lifted on so long a stick. eg 1 pound on a one inch long stick = 1in-lb)
So you want to know your speed. Well here you go! Pi= 3.14 wheel diameter*pi/12=feet per rev, feet per rev*rpm=feet per minute, feet per minute*60= feet per hour, feet per hour/5280=mph. Happy now?
Here's some horse power.
Power(Watts)= current (amps)*voltage(volts),
Power(HP)= Power(watts)*o.6/746 Kinda complicated but hey it works!
Motor Ratings Torque Conversion
To convert ft-lbs to in-lbs multiply by 12. To convert in-lbs to oz-in multiply by 16.So to get motor torque in ft-lbs divide oz-in rating by 192.I can't make sense of this but you may be able to.
