THE BASICS
My name is Britt (technically Brittany) Hyde, I'm 17 years old, and I live in WV. I didn't used to like living here because there's not really much to do but I've finally realized that I'm gonna be a loser wherever I live, so it might as well be here. I'm starting college here in a few weeks and I'm not exactly happy about it. If it weren't for Kris and Racheal I wouldn't be going.. but I guess it's good that someone loves me enough to care. I'm not a whole lot of a people person since I HATE fake people, and most people are. But the Dairy Queen crew is cool (especially since my boyfriend and best friend both work with me.. and by the way Brandon, don't forget you owe me for getting you the job). I have a miniature Schnauzer which I spoil more than should ever be allowed, but she is my baby and I love her very much. I am totally against being prejudice for any reason against any kind of people. In fact, you'll usually see me reaching out to people who don't look just like everyone else because they usually know themselves better than the normal molded teenager, but I do have friends who fit into that category, too. How anyone could ever judge anyone based on what they look like on the outside is completely beyond me. That just doesn't matter.
MY HOBBIES
Well let's see... I basically have no hobbies anymore. Like I said, I'm a loser, plus I'm always at work. A lot of times I'm not working when I'm at Dairy Queen, though. It seems none of us can really ever leave that place. In the free time that I do have, I am with Kris a lot. We don't really do much of anything when we're together, either, but that's the cool part. We can do nothing and still enjoy ourselves. I watch movies a lot and I write... not as much as I used to. It used to be an every day thing. Now it's basically just when I'm really upset about something. My main thing, though, is music. Music is second in my life only to God.
Some of my favorites are: Janis Joplin(my all time favorite), Joni Mitchell, Judy Collins, Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Grateful Dead, Bob Marley, Jefferson Airplane, The Doors, Cream, The Mamas and the Papas, Steppenwolf, The Beatles, Marvin Gaye, The Who, CCR, Tom Petty, Journey, Joe Cocker, Nazareth, Canned Heat, Bob Seger, Cheap Trick, Pink Floyd, The Eagles, Led Zepplin, Fleetwood Mac, John Mellencamp, and so on...

Kris: Well Dairy Queen can never be all bad... I am so thankful for you. I know I can be a real bitch at times, just please be patient with me because I've honestly never felt like this before. I love you :)
Brandon: I am so glad that you decided to come back and stay with us losers here in WV. I don't know why you like it here, but since I'm stuck here, it's good to have you here with me. Thank you so much for being my shrink ALL the time..lol, and for always being just a phone call away any time I need you... you really mean a lot to me. Luv Ya Always...
Hope: You are my cousin and one of my very best friends. You can always make anything exciting and we never seem to stop laughing when wer're together. I know anytime I need advice, I will always get a completely honest opinion from you.. lol.. I hope you and Cody end up working out.
Travis: I know things aren't exactly the same anymore, but you still hold a place in my heart. I don't want you to ever think that someone else will replace you, and you will never be forgotten. You know we'll always be friend no matter what anyone else says. We were first... Stay happy and be good :)
Trista:You and your men... I don't know when you shall ever learn.. but I just hope you have fun in the process.., "Let's go to the LOSER CORNER"lol. I'm really glad that we got to spend some time together at the beginning of the year. Sorry I left you at school with all the cool people all by yourself...
Ryan: It seems like every time things start to go wrong in my life, you are the one who is here to make me smile again. I wish I could repay you for everything you've done for me over the years. You will ALWAYS be a very good friend of mine no matter what happens with everything else. "I'll come over and...make you feel better" lol.. Luv Ya...
The rest of the DQ crew:Even though you'll probably never read this I thought I'd put ya on here. You know I love you guys. Racheal is so freakin cute with her big ol baby belly, And Angie, she's the life of Dairy Queen.. lol.. just don't piss her off. Nathen is still a part of us in my book even though he did quit for bigger and better jobs. He's our comedian. Heck, even Pat is pretty cool at times.. lol.
