The Rainbow Temple

You step into a large temple. The light that comes through the stained glass windows dances on the floor in an array of reflected color. The temple is not well lit, however. "Come in my child," says a voice in the shadows. The voice is gentle but wisdom filled.

"Hello" you greet cautiously.

"Do not be afraid, child," said the voice. A pink unicorn steps from the shadows. He has a thick green mane and tail. "I am Teresies." Although he seems just like any other unicorn in Memoria, you get the feeling there is something different about him. On his side, is a raised ice-cream cone like that of the sundae-best ponies, however it is uncolored. As he steps nearer into the light, you notice his eyes are entirely white. You realize he is blind.

"Why was this temple made?" you ask, hoping you don't sound rude.

"Well, this temple is my home. It was made to house the seven stones of the rainbow." He closes his sightless eyes and the room is suddenly filled with light as many lamps around the room are magically lit. Along the farthest wall, seven separate pedestals hold seven beautiful stones. The stones are each the size of a football. Each one is a different color of the rainbow, and the seven are in order from red to violet. They glitter with an abnormal light that hints of magic.

Above each stone is a large statue. Each statue is of a different pony. Two were unicorns, two were pegasi, and two were earth ponies. The statue above the indigo stone was a cross between a unicorn and a pegasus. All the statues showed the fading berry paint of ancient times.

"These stones were used in the creation of the universe." He then gestured to the statues. "These are the rainbow ponies, guardians of the rainbow."

You wander around the beautiful temple and explore.
