For the final round, it all begins anew.
Bill: "This may be the...amongst the toughest six weeks I have ever done."
Heather: "Dorothy and I joined forces, and our plan was to knock out Bribs, then our plan was to knock out Al, and it worked, and here we are. And now, now comes the hard part because Dorothy and I will be going against each other."
Dorothy: "Whatever it ends up looking like, it was all in the spirit of the game. Nothing personal."
The final round begins in Calascio, Italy with the final three. Anderson introduces the next game - it is a repeat from last year's final round. It is called "Three Questions", the one that last year's Mole Kathryn called a "Hideous game".

Each of the three players is asked three mean, ridiculous questions about the other two players. Their answers will lead the other players to them when they are sequestered. One wrong answer leads the players astray.
Dorothy is sequestered first. The first question she was asked is "Who is more likely to vote for themselves in a popularity contest, Heather or Bill?" Both of them think it's the other, but Heather talks Bill into going for him.

Next is "Who is more likely to stalk an ex-significant other, Heather or Bill?" Bill says the girls have talked about relationships. Bill is divorced.
Bill: "For the life of me I could not conceive of Heather stalking a past significant other. I just couldn't."
They say Bill.
Last question is "Who is more likely to lie to a loved one, Heather or Bill?" Heather says it's her since Bill knows his wife so well, and women are more deceitful than men. They answer Heather.
Heather walks to the door, and no one comes out. They have the wrong house.
The first answer, according to Dorothy was Bill. The second answer was Heather.
Heather: "Bill interpreted a question as if he were to break up with his wife, then he would be more likely to stalk his wife and I thought that was a little ridiculous. Looking back I realize I definitely should have stuck to my guns and said me because it made more sense."
The third answer was Bill.
Bill: "And I really felt like Dorothy would naturally lean toward me lying to my wife. But Heather argued that it would be her."
Heather will be sequestered next while the other two find her.
First question Heather was asked, "Who is more likely to lie about their income, Bill or Dorothy?" Bill says he's retired, so it would be hard to lie. Dorothy tries to talk Bill into answering him. Dorothy's income as a musician is more ambiguous.
Dorothy: "My initial interpretation of the question was 'In a social situation who'd be more likely to try to hide their income?' "For a person of my age and experience, it'd be unlikely that anyone would believe me if I lied about my income anyway."
They answer Bill.
The second question is, "Who is more likely to litter, Bill or Dorothy?" They discussed it, and Dorothy is a nature freak or something, so they answer Bill.
The final question is, "Who is more likely to have a loved one cheat on them, Bill or Dorothy?" Dorothy immediately thinks it's her. And Bill agrees.
They go to the door Anderson indicates. Dorothy knocks, and no one comes out. Heather is not there.
The first answer, the income question, was Dorothy.
Bill: "It just seemed so incredibly logical to me that she would tend to fudge her value every time she tried to get a new job. Dorothy very strongly felt like that was not the case. "Her argument was that she doesn't make enough money to lie about, so no-one would believe her, which is crazy. I didn't understand that argument then, I still don't. "To me, that was a very obvious ploy on her part to get the wrong answer so we'd lose it."
The second answer was Bill. The third answer was Dorothy.
Bill is now sequestered. The first question he was asked was "Who would you not trust to watch your children, Dorothy or Heather?" They both immediately say Dorothy, since she is a little scatterbrained, and pretty much a "big little kid" herself.
The second question is "Who is more likely to sleep with someone to get what they want, Dorothy or Heather?" They discuss it, with Heather's engagement, and choose Dorothy.

Heather: "That question definitely bothered me. That was the one that sort of got to me a little bit."
The third question was "Who is more likely to be alone in ten years, Dorothy or Heather?" They say Dorothy since Heather is engaged, and Dorothy enjoys being alone.
Dorothy goes to the door that Anderson indicates, and knocks it. He is not there.
TEST FAILED TOTAL - $536,000
Heather: "I try not to let anything offend me but that definitely got to me. It hit a personal note, being a child of divorce, and having several conversations with people here about how Nathan and I are so determined to be totally faithful and it just seemed inappropriate. "It was a very difficult game and it definitely played with the players' emotions, and it was hard not to take it personally."
There is one more game, but they head off to eat first.
Dorothy: "Bill's the only person I suspect of sabotaging the three questions game."
Heather: "The answers to Bill's questions were totally ridiculous, and I definitely think there was sabotage involved."
After dinner, the dessert menu offers instructions for the final game.

Bill says he'll do the stamina, Dorothy the Field of Possibilities, and Heather the Pond Parfait.
Up on a hill, Anderson explains the final game. The three of them will race each other to a secret location. The Mole's dossier, which of course will be quite helpful to whoever finds it, awaits at the secret location. The game could be worth $100,000.
Heather, is pointed to a pond below the hill. There on a picnic table is a GPS which will lead her to the secret location, with arrows pointing direction and distance. Those miles are the most direct route, however, so she can go cross country and have it be a shorter distance, or take the roads that are easier to travel, but will add time and distance to her journey.
Dorothy picked the field of possibilities. In one of many haystacks in the field is a GPS.
Dorothy: "Oh great! There's no way I'm going to find this GPS anywhere in that field. Not to mention the fact that it looks like it's about five zillion miles away."
Bill's location is 3.3 miles away. There is a GPS inside a tilted castle there.
The game will take all day. They may be racing after sunset. They choose different colored backpacks. One sprained ankle or pulled muscle and it's all over.
They can use any means necessary to get there, provided they don't break any laws. Only one player can gain access to the Mole's dossier. If they get there and the door is locked, the game has been won by another player.
Anderson taunts Heather as she gets to the pond and finds her GPS. Bill continues looking for his GPS.
Bill: "As I was charging down through rocks and bushes and falling a few times, I charged into a patch of stingy nettles that were intertwined with rather large thorn bushes. Time to change directions. I'm an avid hiker and I hiked the first 1,300 miles of the Appalachian trial last summer. I've had a lot of experience hiking, I've hiked on a lot of rough terrain. Mountains don't really daunt me. I'm very comfortable hiking them - I get out of breath but I'm comfortable. "I arrived down the mountain, across the valley, up the next hill in a little less than an hour. I picked out a landmark that I thought was about 3 miles away and that's where I was going."
Dorothy searches thorough haystacks in the field of possibilities after a long hike. It is nearly impossible to find in these "zillions" of hay bales. Dorothy hopes she finds it before sunset, otherwise it'll be impossible.
Sunset approaches. Dorothy still has not found her GPS.
Dorothy: "The hayfield is just ridiculous. The hay is as tall as I am. The growth is really thick."
Finally she finds it, just sitting on a stack of hay. The secret location is 4.63 miles away from the Field of Possibilities.
Bill tries in some extremely broken Italian to find the crooked castle, but the helpless onlookers just stare. Finally he finds some villagers who speak English, but they've never heard of a "crooked castle".
Heather reaches an impasse. Tired, she ponders walking uphill to the direction. She eventually winds up right back where she started.

Heather: "The road goes east and west and the GPS is pointing south. So basically, in front of me is where I need to go, but there's nothing but a drop-off. "I thought my chances would be better than Dorothy's because of her past experience in games with walks and runs."
Dorothy's tired. This uphill climb is really painful. She hasn't hiked this much in a long time. Only 4.45 miles left!
Bill finds another man who speaks very good English. He too has never heard of the crooked castle.
Bill: "At that point his buddy comes driving up, and they speak back and forth. And the buddy lives there."
The friend, however, knows where it is, and agrees to give Bill a ride there.
The man points him to the crooked castle up on another hill.
Dorothy: "They were driving about 200 miles an hour - whoosh whoosh! - and I felt like it would be just too dangerous to try to catch a ride with them."
Heather: "Okay, people are out around here. I can find someone to take me where I need to go. "So I stop a car, and I find this Italian woman, and she was very nice. But she didn't speak any English at all. We had a very hard time understanding one another. I thought that I had conveyed that I wanted to go down the mountain, so she tells me to get in, I get in the car and I realize very quickly that she's taking me up the mountain. So I stop her, and I get out, and I ask her, actually, if she'll take me down the mountain and she says no. So I get out out of the car and start walking down."
Dorothy still has another 3.35 miles. She hopes to make it there in an hour, barring any more mountains.
Bill finally finds his GPS in the crooked castle. He is 2.45 miles from the location.
Dorothy: "I'm lucky that the road is actually going in the right direction that the GPS is pointing to, so I basically follow the road all the way down the mountainside."
Heather, laden with profanity, declares her distaste for this game, the entire show, wanting to go home, and the people not talking to her, fear of wild boars and everything in general.
Oh boo hoo, poor baby.

Dorothy is 2.32 miles away. It seems that everyone thinks everyone else is ahead of them. Dorothy doesn't really know if she is ahead or behind the others.
Bill: "I didn't try very hard to get a ride, I just took off. I lined up to where the castle was, up on the hill and went toward it. Sort of like a bull in a china closet I guess."
Dorothy is now 1.01 miles away. Bill has found the location, but there is much plant life in his way.
Heather is really worried. She is in the middle of "fricking nowhere". She is 4.3 miles away and very lost in the middle of a dark forest, really angry that the cameramen are filming her and not talking. They want to confirm that Heather is quitting the game before they stop filming.
She sits down and cries.
Suddenly a deep guttural grunt is heard(there's your wild boar, poor thing). Heather is up and running like a bat out of hell. The cameraman seems to just encourage her on after that.
We see Bill walking into some light. Bye-bye night vision. He has arrived at what seems to be the secret location, and he is beat.
Dorothy walks up to the same location, right behind him.
Bill: "If one of the doors is ajar, that means I'm the first one there, and if they're all closed that means somebody's beaten me there."
But he and Dorothy are both able to enter. Bill tries several doors, and none open. Dorothy does as well, with the same result.
Someone finds the door. They walk in. The door opens.

Candles light the way up stairs to another door.
It opens. We see Anderson bathed in green light.

Bill has won the race.
Anderson explains that the Mole's dossier is with them both there. He can read it, and it may have helpful information. But if he doesn't read the dossier, $100,000 will be added to the pot.
Bill picks it up, walks around with it. He decides not to read it and add the money.
TEST PASSED - +$100,000
TOTAL - $636,000
Bill: "I didn't open the dossier for several reasons. Not the least of which is I think I know who the Mole is. After doing a day that hard, after maxing out that much, after getting in there about 20% dehydrated, I'll be damned if I'm going to do all that just to look at a piece of paper, you know? I think $100,000 is a lot better reward than that."
He and Dorothy meet up. They discuss the game and the hike.
Heather was brought to the location.
Heather: "I don't know if it was just a dog or I don't know what it was. We were deep enough into this abandoned road and forest that I was frightened. That's when I had had enough. I knew I was lost and I was putting myself in danger, 'cuz I was in the middle of a forest."
Heather tells them about the guttural grunt and the animal that met them.
Heather: "I was attacked by a dog when I was 8, and I had 30 stitches in my face, so that brought back some scary memories. "I feel just sort of in daze right now. I mean, you know, mentally and emotionally and physically just completely beaten down."
Heather says she's broken down and spent. Anderson says Heather did not have a pleasant journey, but they're alll there now.
Anderson tells them about the Mole dossier and Bill's decision. He says he wasn't going to do all the physical stuff and all that just for a piece of paper, when everyone probably knows who the Mole is. He says he's answered "straight ticket" the last 2 times and he's still here, so they all know who they're answering for.
Bill: "For a six-week period, I have never undergone such mental and - after yesterday I must physical - trials as I have in this last six weeks."
Dorothy: "Ohhh! I'm too tired to take the quiz tonight. I don't want to take it."
Heather: "I don't know, it's going to be a hard quiz. I don't really know what's going to be on there to tell you the truth."
Anderson welcomes the players to the final quiz. Unlike previous rounds, this quiz will have 20 questions instead of 10, and some of them go all the way back to the very beginning of the game.
1. As Anderson faced the players when they first met in the Castle Tarasp, which seat was the Mole in, starting from Anderson's left?
Dorothy: "My strategy for the quiz tonight is to really try to balance speed with accuracy."
2. What was the number on the house where the Mole was sequestered during the Three Questions game?
Bill: "I could be 100% certain and walk away from here with no money whatsoever. Skill helps, but you gotta be lucky."
3. During High Card, what was the sum total of all the cards the Mole received(face cards equal ten, ace equals eleven)?
Heather: "You have to just trust your instinct and go with it. So that's what I'm doing."
4. How many times did the Mole, while paired with their partners, correctly guess the other players' answers during Three Questions?
Heather: "Every one of Bill's questions, we came up with a logical answer and he put down the opposite. So therefore he was obviously sabotaging the game."
5. During the Rappelling Game, the Mole answered the question at which flag?
Dorothy: "Heather could be the Mole, because she fell in during the Little John/Little Jane game, she made the mistake during the Rappelling game, and she also gambled away our winnings in the wine game."
6. At the pool during Think or Sink, what was the maximum number of weights the Mole wore?
Dorothy: "Bill dropped out after a mere eight minutes and one weight added to him."
7. What color backpack did the Mole carry during the Top Secret game?
Heather: "This entire time, Dorothy has been the one throwing up on our hikes or our runs or walks and she got really close to getting to the secret location last night. Didn't even seem winded, didn't seem tired."
8. How does the Mole deal with pressure situations?
9. What stage of the race was the Mole selected to run in the Gnome Home game?
Heather: "Bill dropped the gnome in the Gnome Home game which lost a lot of money. So that was very suspicious."
10. In what position did the Mole choose their eyes in Relative Disguise?
11. In which position did the Mole face Little John or Little Jane?
Bill: "Dorothy has managed to wreak havoc on almost every game she's played in."
12. What bad habits does the Mole have that we should know about?
13. Does the Mole wear perscription glasses?
14. Who did the Mole choose to be their eyes in Relative Incognito?
Bill: "There's a huge smokescreen here with Heather. How the devil did Nathan know - he knew he was going to get his ring and bring it here. He had to order that ring a long time ahead."
15. In which position was the Mole given the opportunity to jump during the Relative Bungee game?
16. Who was the Mole's hero/idol as a child?
17. How many times did the other two players correctly guess the Mole's answers in the Three Questions game?
Bill: "As I go back over the game, Heather has a pattern of things that I find suspicious."
18. Who is the Mole's favorite artist?
19. How many different rides did the Mole get from locals during the Top Secret game?
20. Who is the Mole?
