well, in case the lack of updates has not made it plain, the meltaways broke up long long ago. about the time of this last post actually. despite a few stray links to this page (and i write to you, all misguided by those promising links) i can assure that the meltaways are pretty much eradicated. one is somewhere in west coast washington, one remains in wisconsin, and the third is up in frigid freezing canada.
so thank you, all who listened and liked. thank you anyone who ever gave us your support and or friendship. it meant a lot. i know i personally had more fun than i ever expected to. now go find another girly band to entertain yourself with. |

Though it's a bit short notice, you can catch The Meltaways at my house (1108 HWY N) on Saturday, June 1st starting at 7. We'll be minus a drummer, but we've got someone filling in. Also performing is WRECKED!

heres an update for you guys!!
battle of the bands went just swimmingly!! much thanks to the other bands - the hudson ymca and community action - cn for asking us, devon for use of her amp :P and of course all the people who came to listen!!!!!!!!! soon we may be playing again -- who knows??????? peace out y'all
