This originally ran from 1987 to 1990, but at the time, I didn't get any channel it was on. Many years later, I had the chance to watch a bit of it in reruns. And I did so, after I heard Launchpad McQuack had been in it. Because, you know, I figured if Darkwing Duck is such a cool show, I might was well learn about the characters as much as I could. Plus I always kinda liked Scrooge McDuck, anyway.

Well, this show was okay I guess. Not really that great. It could be kind of funny. Anyway, it was mainly about the very rich Scrooge, who you probably already know as Donald Duck's uncle, and his grand-nephews, Huey, Dewey, and Louie. Scrooge also has an adopted grandniece, Webbigail "Webby" Vanderquack. And um... there was also a superhero in this show called Gizmoduck, who used the secret phrase "blabbering blatherskite," which is just a funny phrase, okay? Of course, the show also included Launchpad McQuack, as I mentioned, who was Scrooge's pilot, and perhaps somewhat less bumbling than he'd later be in "Darkwing Duck." Anyway, they'd all have some adventures and stuff. I can't really think what else to say, but if I remembered it better, I might rate it slightly higher....

There was also DuckTales: the Movie - Treasure of the Lost Lamp, which I've probably seen at some point, but I don't remember it well at all. I should probably see it again sometime and write up a review. Also, there was a reboot of the series in 2017, which I haven't had the chance to watch, but I want to.
