Background - Part 1
When Nephilim was around a year old his family and clan was Destroyed by Raven Baklash and his brother Valkor Slytheren, A few hours after that, Nephilim was found by Shaolin and was raised by him till he turned 6 years old. When he turned 6 he was taken by a slave trader and sold from owner to owner until he was 12. When he turned 12, he lost his sanity and killed his owner and walked out to live on his own. When he turned 14, He fought Raven Backlash and Valkor Slytheren in a battle that last only a short time ( 5 months ). Even though he didnt win, He gained something from the both of them. When he was unconcious they threw him into The Realm of Insanity, where he stayed for 586 years. When he turned 248, he lost all sanity he had and gained The Song of Nephilim. Even though he is insane he can keep it under control. When he broke of the door finally he came out along with his new friend, the Ifrit. The Ifrit that helped him through the Realm and The Chaos that was placed upon him eternally. He was now 600 years old and still looked no older than 24.
Background - Part 2
Over the past decade or two Nephilim would grow with power greater then anyone he has ever came into contact with. He met a young woman named Anna and became friends with her. Over time they became closer and slowly he began to fall in love with her. When she found out that he had a daughter and slaves she pushed him away with out hearing his side of the story. Nephilim would slowly began to drift into darkness after that. One day he went to her fortress to talk to her and found her dying on the floor. He stayed by her side until someone came up and placed a hand on his shoulder and breathed life back into her body ( dont ask ) She ignored Nephilims existence and seemed oblivious to the fact that he was there at all. She ran to the stranger's side thanking him, never even acknowledging Nephilim at all. Nephilim then left there and released his slaves. At this point his world had been torn asunder, his reason for living gone, he felt the darkness swell inside his heart and soul. He went to his temple, took his sword, and plunged it into himself. Nobody understood why he did this, Maybe because it was love? Maybe it was that her indifference towards him made him feel worthless, and unworthy. Maybe he felt used for his love when she found love of her own, Who knows? I guess some answers are to remain unanswered...
Background - Part 3
While in hell, Nephilim underwent major torment and pain for what he had done and for his feelings towards others. His body was burned, cut, contorted, stabbed, twisted, pulled apart, reattached. He was tormented over and over for 500 hundred years or more. Nephilim slowly began to change with every tormented part of his sentence in his fiery grave. He isnt his old self now, He is much darker and much more demon then before. He doesn't have the dragons blood flowing through his body anymore, he no longer wanted to love or feel emotion. He was now pure demon finally, he no longer had to worry about mortal emotions, such silly and trivial things they are. He was happy to be freed from those chains. Now he could truly live out his life as he wanted, to be not only half of what he was, to be whole. He Finally came back to this realm after a millenium of suffering through unimaginable torment from hell to Cocytus. You can find him at the Undead Fortress or lurking around trying to find worthy converts to join his army for the rise and fall of the outlands.
