Libra age: ?? The mysterious woman behind the scenes. She is very powerful, but hires people to carry out her mission to "bring the scales to Balance". No one really understands its means, but they go along because Libra is willing to give them good pay and the promise of their wish granted. She communicates by video phone and rarely meets in person. Libra is goodnatured and looks very youthful. No one knows where she came from because she is extremely secretive. She shows a lot of interest in Mina.

 Minami Goodnight A very loud and energenic girl who falls in love easily with any cute guy she sees. Surprisingly, she is the one that Libra choses as her dependable personal assistent, who oversees the mission in finding and training the Celestial Dragons (CDs). Though she doesn't act seriously most of the time she has a lot of bravery and is a great friend.

 Kimi A classmate of Mina's, Kimi was the first CD to be found. She tried to avoid Mina, but eventually came along. She didn't believe in making wishes, but thinks this job will help her finances. She acts very cold and is easily annoyed by many things. Yet, Mina and the others have brought out the kinder side of her, even voting her their leader. Even if she doesn't have special power yet, she will use her sword skills to protect the people she cares about.

 Yuri Harper He is the boy that Mina ran into the first snowfall of the year. Yuri is skilled in anything and so intellegent he really should not be in high school. He has many enemies who are jealous of him, and will get into fights. He is not afraid of conflict, but welcomes it. Yuri thinks little about himself, but will go to great lengths to help others. He seems friendly, but he has a mysterious goal and it involves Mina. |
Mikawa Hanami A girl in Kimi and Mina's class. Elegant and beautiful - everyone adores her and calls her "Princess". Mikawa has very poor health and collapses if she overexerts herself. Kimi and Mina try to be friends with her, but she has a great secret that causes her to avoid people. She grew up together with Yuri and Stacey, and is in love with Yuri since childhood.

Hyori Lee The young woman who runs Turney Cafe, where the students meet for studying and drinking coffee. The CD secret complex is situated underneath. Hyori lives in an apartment above the cafe, so she is always there to help the CDs. She loves singing and going out on dates. Her personality is very hard for others to understand, but she always seems to attract people with it.

Subaru Fujita An ally for the CDs. Because of what happened in the past, he doesn't trust Libra. He often acts cruel to others, but really has a good heart. Subaru is a musician and wants to become famous. He hates his real job. He fell for a mysterious girl he met one summer ago, but he also has strong feelings for his childhood friend. He doesn't have confidence in himself, because there has always been someone who was better.

 Turney Lee The legend at The Harper All-Boy School. He was talented in everything and was admired by all. Five years ago he, Hyori, and Subaru worked for Libra. He was the Wish Conductor, but violated the rule of granting his own wish and had to be punished. He is sweet and kind only to Hyori, and only wants to be a good brother. If anyone ever tried anything to do with his sister, he becomes very angry. |
 Lili Mukashi The class representative from Alexandria Academy, the girls' school rival to Mina's school. Lili works with Shino on school activities, but also has a big crush on him. She also likes any handsome guy. She does not get along with Mina, maybe because she is a rival and Lili can be inconsiderate to others. She has a strong love for gossip and will do whatever it takes to get a story. Her real weakness, however, is money.

 Mimi Mukashi Lili's twin sister. She is sort of a strange girl in that she dresses weird and has weird ideas. She creates lots of odd inventions to help her sister in her sinister plots. She is not bossy like Lili, but very easygoing and will go along with whatever her sister does. She also likes Shino very much. Unfortunately, she tends to fall asleep easily.

Shena Fraser Shena has psychic powers; she can read people's mind and predict the near future. She can also use powerful attacks with magical wards. Shena feels uneasily about using her full power, so she wears a special headband to harness it. She had some troubles in the past. She likes romantic things and falls in love easily. Shena wants to find her soulmate.

Keiko McKay Shena's best friend and roommate, Keiko will do anything to protect her. In fact, she is in love with her and cannot seem to tell her. Keiko has a violent streak when she loses her temper. Among the weapons she uses her favorite is the gun. She doesn't like to use magical powers. Keiko likes to wear black sunglasses even indoors.

Stacey Harper Yuri's younger sister. She came from London to look after Yuri, when he became associated with the CDs. She is a rising star as an accomplished pianist in the music world. She doesn't see herself as a child and will often talk down to people older than her. She thinks of Mikawa as an older sister, and cherishes their time growing up together. Stacey has no memories of her own mother.

Hotaru A very destructive girl with a twisted mind. She can conjure up demons and other spiritual creatures to do her bidding. With this kind of power Hotaru could be dangerous, but she just likes to have fun (ie. destroying things, playing with fire, terrifying people). She aids in training sessions and helps out with technical stuff. Hotaru thinks the Balance is boring.

Shino Yuri's cousin who attends the Harper all-boys school. Just about every girl has a crush on him (including Mina). Shino is actually very shy and doesn't understand any of this. Mikawa was his first love, but he knew about her feelings for Yuri so he never said anything. Yuri is his cousin and he worries about him. Shino is very active in sports and school events.

Dmitry Mina's cousin and a college student. He used to be Shena's close friend. He revealed his feelings to her on graduation day and was rejected. Soon afterwards, he lost his eye sight in a car accident. He was not depressed about it, but developed his other senses. A very romantic guy, Dmitry likes all women. |
Orion A guard of the dreamworld, Orion has had little contact with the living world. He visited Stacey years ago, but disappeared and she forgot about him. He returned to watch over her and Yuri as they come closer to the EVE of Sacrifice and Wishes. He cares very much for her and will risk his honor to protect her.

Ryu A young man who has become an ally for the CDs. He had been sent on a journey from his Master to oversee the EVE of Sacrifices and Wishes. He practices martial arts, but hasn't revealed his true power. He stays at Keiko and Shena's apartment, doing chores in exchange. He is very kind and good cook. He always wears a red head band.

 Aiden Summers Summers was a famous composer in his younger days. But he stopped writing music when he lost his wife and baby in an accident. He became the music teacher at Harper Academy and taught Turney, Subaru, and Ian piano. He is close to the Harper family, because he was taught by Theodore Harper himself. Summers has fallen in love with Hyori, because she reminds him of his belated wife.

 Evelyn Wise Wise studied abroad in England and met Theodore Harper. Since then, she is a great fan of him. She adores Yuri and Stacey too. She is now a teacher at Harper Academy. She is the first ever female teacher! She does not get along with the male staff, who mostly are old and too traditional. Wise is friends with Summers, because he married the woman who raised her.
