You
will set your metabolic rate by how early you eat after you get up in
the morning. Not eating breakfast can slow down your metabolism.
We
have what is called a famine and feast mode. As we starve our body, our
metabolism slows down. As we eat it starts to move faster. Look at it
this way if you have a fire and you throw wood on it, it burns hot. If
you stop putting wood on it, it goes out. It is the same for us. Make
sure you eat something within a short period of time after getting up.
