What diet plans have you used in the past?  
No fat combined with exercise.  It worked, but the No-fat gave me headaches. .
Why do you want to lose weight? Vanity.  I want my pre-pregnancy body back. 
Anything else you want to tell us?  I’ve never been a competitive person, ever.  I’m hoping to not only to get closer to what I want to look like; I’m hoping to learn something about myself in the process.

January 14, 2002- I didn't lose any weight but I might have lost inches!

January 21, 2002 - I am starting to have my measurements taken.  I didn't lose any weight but I might have lost inches.  We will see next time.  I have started weights on January 20, 2002.  I will keep walking and hopefully incorporate the stairstepper into my routine.  Ballet is twice this week but returns to once next week.

January 28, 2002 - I'm a little more comfortable with my upper body. Weight training will continue for upper body 2-3 times this week and ballet 1 day a week. may sneek in 1 lower body weight training day. Will walk 4-5 days this week with my daughter, our usual 2 mile walk. will include cardio after the weight training as well. Nutrition, ha, I can only guess what I'll be feeling like this week. Continuing on with the Cayenne Pepper.
