Healthy Eating/Calorie
Restrictive is probably the most controversial there is.
This plan restricts your eating.
You only eat healthy food which include :
Lean cuts of meat, preferably
chicken and fish
Brown rice instead of white
Whole grains
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Eating as little processed foods as
possible
Keeping your calories no lower than 1200
Take your current weight multiply it by
11. (240 X 11 = 2640) This is your daily caloric
intake to maintain your current weight. To lose 1 pound a
week, subtract 500 calories from your daily intake. (in my
case, I would need to eat 2140 a day to lose 1 pound per week)
To lose 2 pounds per week, eat 1000 less per day. (my
case, 1640 calories per day)
Exercising (to burn even more calories,
and more weight, exercise is needed. This will also help
tone you and aide with loose skin.)
