Goal Weight: 121 (in my weight range for my height, wouldn't it be cool to say I lost half my weight? :)
Your Diet Plan: I generally make low fat choices and keep the calories low overall.  I also don't eat sugar really (The only things I really eat are fruit, low sugar jam, and 100% fruit juice.  Everything else is off limits, even if sugar free, for the most part.   I did it for more than weight reasons, so I can do it successfully...been almost 3 months so far! :-)  Will continue no-sugar until August.   Use fitday.com sometimes to track my food and nutrients.
Your Fitness Plan: I belong to a gym, so I will go there often.  I like to walk on the treadmill (seems to go fast while you watch TV), do some stationary cycling, weights.  I also am armed with several exercise tapes (Elmocize even! For days when you don't feel like it)  I also made a fitness goal of walking/running 2002 km in 2002....will enter several 5K + races over the course of the year.
What diet plans have you used in the past?   I was on a medically supervised very low calorie diet (like 800 calories?) some years back. I have also just tried before to watch my calories, etc.
The reason you want to lose weight: There's so many reasons...I'm tired of being tired all the time.  I have asthma, and losing weight could help me do better in general.  I want more energy.  I want to wear all the cute clothes I want to.  I want to feel better looking in the mirror.  This and so much more...
And anything else you want to tell us: I like to have fun!  Im also going to exercise by doing one of my favorite activities...juggling!  It actually burns like 250 cal/hour, amazing.
