What diet plans have you used in the past?  
Weight Watchers - Good program but I hate to pay and the meetings were uninspiring for me.  I will still use my points counter to count calories.
Why do you want to lose weight?  I want to lose weight because I am very unhealthy.  I quit smoking 5 years ago and was 20 pounds over weight but I knew I had to quit so I gave myself the permission to do whatever it took and I gained another 40 pounds over the years.  2 years ago, I was down to 160 with only 20 pounds to go (with weight watchers.  I am not sure what happened, I am up higher than before.  I am truly trying to figure out what works for me and what I will be doing for the rest of my life.  I am tired of finding excuses not to go to weddings and such.  I am tired of not finding anything to wear.  I am tired of being tired and I know I have to change.  I need a challenge and I think this may help me have a reason to keep going.
